Why zones matter
One destination name can hide several different rides.
A Tulum address can refer to the airport, town center, a residential neighborhood, the beach road, or a visitor attraction. Search results often flatten those places into one label, even though transfers, bus connections, pickup coverage, and travel time differ.
Use the planner to identify the final zone before comparing products. Then enter the accommodation name or exact address on the booking page. The map is intentionally schematic: it explains the relationship among areas and does not replace turn-by-turn navigation.
For an airport trip, verify TQO or CUN before comparing anything else. For a day trip, plan the return at the same time as the outbound ride. A usable booking should name the real pickup point, final stop, party size, and luggage needs.
